The Dell Printer Configuration Web Tool allows you to manage your multifunction printer remotely via a web browser. Key features include:

Troubleshooting and error codes

Issue Possible Solution
Dell Printer Configuration Web Tool pages may be displayed unreadable. Ensure your browser's language setting matches the language used for the web tool pages.
Printer IP address is 0.0.0.0 (factory default). Assign an IP address to your multifunction printer.
Cannot install printer driver on SUSE 9.2/9.3. Ensure you are using the correct driver from the Drivers and Utilities CD and following the YaST installation steps.
Cannot set up print queue on SUSE 9.2/9.3. Follow the YaST printer setup procedures for USB, parallel, or network connections. Ensure the correct manufacturer and model are selected.
Cannot print from application program. Verify the print queue is set up correctly and select the appropriate queue in the print dialog box. If necessary, set the desired queue as the default.
Unable to set printing options (color mode, double-sided). Access the CUPS interface via http://localhost:631/ and manage printers to specify required settings.
