Problem	Possible Cause	Solution
Print Quality Problems	The output is too light.	Adjust the toner density setting. Check the toner cartridge. Run the Color Registration Adjustment.
	Toner smears or print comes off/Stain on back side	Clean the Color Toner Density (CTD) Sensor. Clean inside the printer. Adjust Transfer Roller or Fusing Unit.
	Random spots/Blurred images	Clean the scanner glass. Clean the ADF feed roller.
	Streaks appear on the output	Clean inside the printer. Check toner cartridges.
Jam	Misfeed jam	Check paper type and loading. Clear any obstructions in the paper path.
