| Image color is incorrect | Set signal type to RGB in OSD Image Settings. Use Test Pattern in Projector Settings to ensure correct colors. |
| Image is out of focus | 1. Adjust focus until clear using Focus Adjust in Projector Settings. 2. Ensure projection screen is within the required distance (3.9-8.9 inches). |
| The image is stretched when displaying a 16:9 DVD | The projector detects input signal format automatically. If image is stretched, adjust aspect ratio in Display Settings. |
| Image is reversed | Select Projector Settings from OSD, adjust projector mode. |
| TEMP light is solid amber | Projector has overheated. Turn on again after cooling down. Contact Dell if problem persists. |
| TEMP light is blinking amber | If projector fan fails, it shuts down automatically. Try clearing mode by pressing and holding Power for 10 seconds. Wait 5 minutes before powering up. Contact Dell if problem persists. |
| The remote control is not operating smoothly or works only within a limited range | Battery may be low. Replace with a new CR2032 battery. |
| LAN control support | Web Control functions verified on IE9, IE10, IE11. Other versions may have compatibility issues. Disable Compatibility View for proper display. |
