Operation Summary
Safety Key: Insert the safety key to enable operation. Remove it to disable the mower.
Starting the Mower:
- Ensure batteries are installed and seated.
- Close the battery port cover.
- Insert the safety key.
- Pull and hold the bail handle to the main handle.
- Press the power button. Release it once the mower starts but continue holding the bail handle.
Stopping the Mower: Release the bail handle.
Self Drive System (DCMWSP256 only): Press the self-drive lever towards the main handle to engage; release to disengage.
Speed Adjustment (DCMWSP256 only): Rotate the dial to adjust self-drive speed (turtle for slower, rabbit for faster).
Mowing Tips: Inspect area for debris, mow across slopes, avoid wet grass, and do not overload the mower.
