Unpacking & Set-Up Summary

  1. Pull lid latches outward, remove power head and accessories.
  2. Attach heavy-duty rubberized casters.
  3. Ensure proper filters are installed.
  4. Replace power head and secure lid latches.
  5. Insert air hose into tank inlet.
  6. Attach extension wands to hose end.
  7. Attach cleaning accessories to wands.
  8. Plug power cord into wall outlet.

Caster Assembly

  1. Invert dust tank, align casters, and secure with screws.
  2. Return dust tank upright.

Accessory Bag Holder Bracket Assembly

  • Attach 2 brackets to tank with 4 self-tapping screws.

Accessory Bag Holder Assembly

  • Place accessory bag holder into bracket hole.

Dry Pick-Up

  • Ensure filter is correctly positioned and covers filter cage.
  • Empty dust tank and clean/replace filter frequently for fine dust.
  • A dry filter is necessary for dry material.

Installing the Cartridge Filter

  • Slide filter over lid cage, ensure seals are tight.
  • Turn knob clockwise to lock.
  • Turn knob counter-clockwise to unlock and remove.
  • Clean by shaking, brushing, or rinsing; dry completely.

Installing the Disposable Filter Bag

  • Slide cardboard collar onto vacuum port deflector.
  • Distribute bag inside the tank.
  • Replace and secure power head.

Wet Pick-Up

  • Use cartridge filter for liquids.
  • Dry or replace saturated filter to prevent misting.
  • Raise hose to drain excess liquid before shutting off.
  • Clean tank interior periodically.
  • Disconnect power before removing power head.
  • Remove cartridge filter.
  • Shake excess dust.
  • Unit has a float mechanism to cut off airflow when liquid is high.
  • Turn off, unplug, and empty tank when float activates.

Empty the Tank

  • Disconnect power cord.
  • Remove power head assembly.
  • Dump tank contents into disposal container.
  • Liquids can be emptied through the drain.

Blowing Operation

  • Locate blowing port.
  • Insert hose into blowing port.
  • Turn vac "ON".

Care and Maintenance

  • Clean exterior with damp cloth.
  • Clean tank by dumping debris, washing with soap and water, and wiping dry.
  • Store vac indoors after emptying and cleaning the tank.

Troubleshooting and error codes

PROBLEM SOLUTION
Motor does not run Check power cord, plugs, and outlet.
Ensure the on/off switch is in the ON position (1).
Suction capacity decreases Remove blockages in suction nozzle, tube, hose, or filters.
Replace paper or fleece bag.
Check filter installation.
Clean or replace filters.
Vacuum stops running Thermal overload tripped: Turn off, disconnect power, empty canister, allow to cool, then test.
If not restarting, call 1-888-899-0146.
Dust comes out while vacuuming Check filter installation.
Ensure filters are not damaged; replace if necessary.
Ensure filter seals are in place and secure.
