Unpacking & Set-up: Pull lid latches, remove power head and accessories. Attach casters. Ensure proper filters are installed before replacing power head. Connect air hose to tank inlet. Attach extension wands and cleaning accessories. Plug into outlet. Operation: Plug in, turn on. Use DEWALT connection system for power tools. Caster Installation: Invert dust box, install casters, and secure with screws. Return to upright position. Remove/Change Dust Bag: Turn off, unplug, unlatch, remove head. Pull out bag carefully. Seal and dispose of properly. Wet Pick Up: If foam/liquid escapes, switch off immediately. Clean water level device. Do NOT remove ball float. Ensure canister is empty, remove filters. Do not use for dust Class L. Empty Canister: Turn off, unplug, unlatch, remove head. Empty contents into a suitable container. Convert to Dry Operation: Empty canister, ensure dry. Place vacuum head on level surface to dry. Reinstall filters when head is dry. Secure head to canister. Shut Down/Transport: Turn off, unplug. Wrap cord. Secure machine for transport. Blowing Feature: Locate blowing port, insert hose, turn vacuum ON.

Troubleshooting and error codes

PROBLEM SOLUTION
Motor does not run Check power cord, plugs and outlet. Ensure the on/off switch is in the ON position (1).
Suction capacity decreases Remove blockages in the suction nozzle, suction tube, suction hose or filters. Replace the paper or fleece bag. Check for proper installation of the filters. Clean or replace the filters.
Vacuum stops running Thermal overload has been tripped: 1. Turn the vacuum off and disconnect vacuum cleaner from power source. 2. Empty the canister, if needed. 3. Allow the unit to cool. 4. Plug the power cord into an appropriate outlet and turn on/off switch to the ON position (1) to test.
Dust comes out while vacuuming Check for proper installation of the filters. Ensure filters are not damaged; replace if necessary. Ensure filter seals are in place and are secure.
