Warranty Information
The warranty covers two years from purchase and includes repair or replacement.
- Before first use, remove all packaging and read the manual.
- Use tap water; if hard, mix with distilled/demineralized water (2:1 or 1:1).
- Fill the water tank, do not exceed the MAX level.
- Place the Steam Station on a stable surface. Plug in and switch on.
- Adjust temperature according to fabric. For steam, use "MAX".
- Wait for the temperature pilot light to turn off.
- For steam, activate the steam selector and press the steam trigger. Release to stop.
- Start with low-temperature fabrics and finish with high-temperature ones.
- For woolens, press the steam trigger repeatedly without touching the garment.
- For thicker fabrics, increase steam output and temperature to MAX.
- Vertical steam function smooths creases on hanging garments.
- When water level is low, indicator K will turn red and steam will stop. Refill without turning off.
- Cleaning: Turn off, unplug, empty, and clean with a damp, non-metallic cloth. Do not use abrasive chemicals.
- Anti-scale cartridge replacement: every 3-6 months. Do not use without cartridge.
- Auto shut-off: unit disconnects if not moved for 15 minutes (horizontal or vertical).
Troubleshooting and error codes
