Warranty Information

Consult the manufacturer or local service center for warranty details.

For the user: The cooker hood extracts kitchen odors but not steam. Always cover lighted elements to prevent heat damage. Be cautious when frying, as hot oil can ignite. Never use flambé cooking under the hood. Always disconnect power before maintenance. Clean hood and replace filters regularly to prevent fire hazards. Children should be supervised.

For the installer: For extractor use, a 150mm hose is required. If using a 125/120mm pipe, a reduction flange is provided, which may increase noise. Maintain specific distances from the hob (500mm for electric, 650mm for gas). Ensure proper ventilation, especially when fuel-burning appliances are present. For recirculation, use a charcoal filter. Follow hose installation guidelines for optimal performance and reduced noise.

Troubleshooting and error codes

Symptom Solution
The cooker hood will not start... Check that: The hood is connected to the electricity supply. Check that a fan speed has been selected.
The cooker hood is not working effectively.. Check that: The fan speed is set high enough for the task. The grease filters are clean. The kitchen is adequately vented to allow the entry of fresh air. If set up for recirculation, check that the charcoal filter is still effective. If set up for extraction, check that the ducting and outlets are not blocked.
The cooker hood has switched off during operation... The safety cut-out device has been tripped. Turn off the hob and then wait for the device to reset. If the hood has been installed below the heights indicated in the installation instructions the motor will cut-out frequently which will damage the hood.
