1. Getting Started
Insert SIM card and battery: Open the back cover, insert the SIM card and battery, then close the cover. Ensure the battery is charged before first use.
Turn on/off the phone: Press and hold the red End call button.
Main Menu: Navigate using the scroll button and select options with OK.
Making Calls: Enter the number using the keypad or select a contact, then press the green Call button. Press the red End call button to finish.
Sending Messages: Go to Messaging, select Write message, compose your message, select recipients, and press OK to send.

Troubleshooting and error codes

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Phone does not turn on Battery is discharged Charge the battery.
Cannot make calls No network coverage/SIM card error Check signal strength or try moving to a different location. Check SIM card installation.
Cannot send/receive messages Incorrect message center number/Network error Check the message center number in settings. Check network signal.
Sound is distorted Volume too high/speaker obstructed Lower the volume. Ensure the speaker is not blocked.
Screen is blank Phone is in standby mode/battery depleted Press any button to wake up the phone. Charge the battery if depleted.
