Getting started

  • Insert the SIM card: Open the back cover, insert the SIM card and memory card, then close the cover.
  • Insert the battery: Connect the battery connector, then place the battery into the compartment.
  • Charge the battery: Connect the charger to the phone and a wall socket. The charging indicator will show the charging status.

Making calls

  • Dialing: Press the Call button or the green phone icon. Enter the number and press the Call button again.
  • Answering calls: Press the Call button or the green phone icon when the phone rings.
  • Ending calls: Press the End button or the red phone icon.

Sending messages

  • Write a message: Go to Menu → Messages → Create message. Select the recipient and write your message.
  • Send: Press OK to send.

Navigation

  • Soft keys: Press the keys below the screen to perform the function indicated on the screen.
  • OK button: Press to confirm actions or open menus.
  • Navigation keys: Use the keys to move around the menus and options.
  • Back button: Press to go back to the previous screen.

Troubleshooting and error codes

Phone does not switch on Battery is discharged. Connect the charger and charge the battery.
No sound Volume is set too low or muted. Press the volume up key to increase the volume. Check the ringer and notification settings.
Cannot make or receive calls No network coverage. SIM card is not inserted correctly or is faulty. Move to an area with better network coverage. Check the SIM card insertion. Contact your service provider.
Cannot send or receive SMS Message centre number is incorrect. Check the message centre number in the settings. Contact your service provider.
Battery drains quickly High screen brightness. Frequent use of apps or features. Poor network signal. Reduce screen brightness. Close unused apps. Move to an area with a stronger network signal. Turn off Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, or other features when not in use.
Phone freezes or is unresponsive Software issue. Too many apps running. Restart the phone. Close running applications. If the problem persists, perform a soft reset.
