1. Unbox Your New Phone: Familiarize yourself with the phone and included equipment. Visit www.doro.com/support/ for the full manual. Ensure supplied items are compatible.
2. Getting Started: Install a Nano SIM card for calls and data. Optionally insert a MicroSD card for extra storage. A Google™ account is recommended for full functionality. Connect to Wi-Fi to save data costs.
3. Insert SIM/Memory Card: Gently pull out the SIM/memory card tray. Place the Nano SIM card correctly in its slot, ensuring contacts face down and the cut-off corner is oriented correctly. Optionally, insert a MicroSD card similarly. Insert the tray back into the slot.
4. Charge Your Phone: Connect the USB cable to the phone's charging port and the wall charger. A full charge is recommended before first use.
5. Turn On The Phone: Press and hold the power button until the display lights up. Wait for the phone to start, enter your SIM card PIN if prompted, and follow the setup guide for internet connection and account setup.
6. Startup Guide: Follow the on-screen instructions for initial setup, including personalizing your phone and setting up your Google account. You'll be asked if you're a beginner or experienced smartphone user.
7. Hardware Reboot: If the device freezes, press and hold the Power button and Volume Down key simultaneously for over 8 seconds to reboot.

Troubleshooting and error codes

Apps are running slowly.Too many apps running in the background or low storage space.Close unused apps. Free up storage space by deleting unnecessary files or apps. Restart the phone.
