Warranty Information
The EASE® adjustable base comes with a 3-year full coverage warranty on parts and labor, with an additional 2 years on parts only, and a 25-year warranty on the frame.
Basic Operation:
- Head and Foot Adjustments: Use the remote control's "Head Up/Down" and "Foot Up/Down" buttons to raise or lower the head and foot sections of the bed independently.
- Flat Position: Press and hold the "Bed FLAT" button for three seconds to return the bed to a completely flat position.
- Zero Gravity (Zero-G®): Press the "Zero-G®" button to elevate your legs and head to relieve pressure on your lower back. For optimal performance, return the bed to the flat position before using Zero Gravity.
- Manual Operation: If something gets caught, you can manually lift the platform at the head and foot to relieve pressure.
- Child Lock: The remote has a child lock feature. Refer to page 9 for activation and deactivation.
- Emergency Stop: Press any button on the remote or the button on the Battery Backup Box to stop movement.
- Emergency Battery Backup: Use the Battery Backup Box as a temporary power source during an outage to move the base to a desired position. Requires 2 x 9V batteries (not included).
