Controls

The refrigerator can be operated on 230-240V AC, 12V DC, or LP gas. The energy selector (A) controls the power source: "AC", "DC", "GAS", or "OFF". An indicator lamp (B) flashes during ignition attempt. A safety device (button C) automatically shuts off gas if the flame goes out.

Starting the Refrigerator

LP Gas: Ensure gas bottle is open, set thermostat (D) to highest, select "GAS" on selector (A). Push button (C) until the flame lights and hold for 10-15 seconds. If lamp flashes, repeat. To stop, set selector (A) to "OFF".

230-240V AC: Ensure voltage matches data plate. Set thermostat (D) to highest, select "AC" on selector (A).

12V DC: Only operate when the vehicle engine is running. Select "DC" on selector (A).

Regulating Temperature

Allow a few hours for cooling. Set thermostat (D) to 3-5 for 230-240V and LP gas. For 12V operation, the refrigerator runs continuously.

Food Storage

Use closed containers. Cool hot food first. Do not store items that emit flammable gases. The frozen food compartment is for frozen food and ice making only, not for freezing fresh items.

Troubleshooting and error codes

If the refrigerator is not cooling sufficiently, the reason may be:
1. Inadequate ventilation of the cooling unit due to the intake and/or exhaust air vents being partly or completely blocked.
2. The evaporator is frosted up.
3. The thermostat setting is incorrect.
4. Gas pressure is incorrect - please check the pressure regulator on the gas container.
5. The ambient temperature is too high.
6. Too much food is loaded at one time.
7. The door is not properly closed or the magnetic sealing strip is defective.
If the refrigerator still does not work properly, call a service technician.
