Warranty Information

The warranty is for two years from the purchase date and covers defects in materials and workmanship.

  • Powering On/Off: Press the ON/OFF button to start or stop the unit.
  • Mode Selection: Use the MODE button to cycle through AUTO, COOL, DRY, FAN, and HEAT (if available) modes.
  • Temperature Adjustment: Use the '+' and '-' buttons to set the desired temperature. The indicator shows the setting temperature in COOL/HEAT modes, and room temperature in AUTO/DRY/FAN modes.
  • Fan Speed: Press the FAN SPEED button to select auto, high, medium, or low fan speed.
  • Timer: Press the TIMER button to set an on or off timer. The indicator light illuminates when the timer is active.
  • Sleep Mode: Press the SLEEP button to enter sleep mode, which automatically exits after 8 hours. Not available in FAN or DRY modes.
  • Swing: Press the SWING button to activate or deactivate the air louver swing.
  • Filter Reset: The FILTER RESET light illuminates after 250 hours of operation, indicating the air filter needs cleaning. Press the button after cleaning to reset the indicator.

Troubleshooting and error codes

Possible Causes Solution
Air Condition Will Not Operate
The power switch is released. Switch on the power.
Power supply failure. Wait for the recovery of power supply.
The fuse is burnt. Replace the fuse by professional.
It doesn't reach the setting time for starting up. Wait or reset the original setting.
Unit Doesn't Start When Pressing ON/OFF Button
It is not four minutes after switch off. Wait four minutes.
Room temperature is lower than the setting temperature under cooling mode or higher than setting temperature under heating mode. Reset the setting temperature.
The Wind Blowing Out, But The Cooling / Heating Effect Is Bad
Mistakes in temperature setting. Set a proper temperature, setting temperature should be lower than ambient temperature.
The air filter is blocked by dust. Clean the air filter.
The air inlet or outlet of machine is blocked. Remove the obstruction.
Turn the air conditioner on in very hot room. Allow additional time to remove stored heat from walls, ceiling, floor and furniture.
Cooling capacity is insufficient. Reconfirm the required cooling / heating. capacity with your dealer.
The doors or windows are open. Close the doors and windows.
Noise or vibration
The ground is not level or not flat enough. Place the unit on a flat, level ground if pos-sible.
