Basic Operation

  1. Press the ON/OFF button (A) to start the air conditioner.
  2. Press the MODE button (B) to select Auto, Cool, Fan, Heat or Dry mode.
  3. Press the Temp+/- button (C) to set the desired temperature. The temperature can be set within a range of 16°C~30°C in 1°C increments.
  4. Press the FAN SPEED button (D) to set the desired fan speed.
  5. Press the ON/OFF button (A) to turn the air conditioner off.

Note: In Fan mode, Eco function and temperature setting are not available.

Swing Operation

  1. Press button (A) to activate/deactivate swing function. Press again to stop.
  2. For models with Swing left/right function, a short press activates up/down swing, and a long press (1 second) activates left/right swing.

Important: Turn off the unit when adjusting the flap by hand. To avoid condensate water, do not keep the horizontal flap in a downward position for a long time in COOL or DRY mode.

Turbo/Quiet Operation

  1. Press button (A) to enable/disable Turbo function (symbol "<0xE2><0x9C><0x8C>" will be shown). Fan runs at highest speed.
  2. Press button (B) to enable/disable Quiet function (symbol "<0xE2><0x9A><0x91>" will be shown). Fan runs at slowest speed.

Use Turbo for fast cooling, and Quiet for sleeping or reading.

Timer Operation

Press the Timer button (A) to set auto-on/auto-off times. Cycle through modes: Timer ON, Timer OFF, Timer ON-OFF, Timer OFF-ON, Cancel. Use Time +/- (B) to set the desired time and Set (C) to confirm.

Setting the Clock

Press Clock (A) to set the clock. Use Time +/- (B) to set the time. Press Set (C) to confirm.

Health Operation

Press the Health button (A) to activate the Cold Plasma generator for air purification.

X-Fan Operation

In Cool or Dry mode, press the X-Fan button (A). The indoor unit will continue to blow for 2 minutes after shutdown for anti-mildew purposes.

Eco Operation

Press Eco button (A) for power saving. Temperature adjusts by 0.5°C per half hour. Only available in Cool, Heat, and Dry modes. Cannot change fan speed while Eco is active.

+10°C Heat Operation

In Heat mode, press +10°C Heat button (A) to set temperature to 10°C. Effective only in heating mode.

Light/Wi-Fi Operation

Press Light button (A) to show ambient temperature. Press twice quickly to turn off the display. Press 7 times in 10s to enter Wi-Fi binding status.

Troubleshooting and error codes

Trouble Cause What should be done?
OPERATION (RUN) indicator or other indicators continue flashing. The unit may stop operation or continue to run in a safety condition (depending on models). Waiting for about 10 minutes, the fault may be recovered automatically, if not, disconnect the power and then connect it in again. If the problem still exists, disconnect the power and contact the nearest customer service center.  
If one of the following code appears on the display area: E1, E2, E4...En, F1, F2, F3...Fn   Disconnect the power and contact the nearest customer service center.
Fuse blows frequently or circuit breaker trips frequently.   Stop the air conditioner immediately, disconnect the power and contact the nearest customer service center.
Other objects or water fall into the air conditioner.    
Terrible odors are smelled or abnormal sounds are heard.    
SC code appears on the display area. It is normal. The unit is in X-fan operation.  

Malfunctions

Unit does not start Cause What should be done?
  Power cut Wait for power to be restored.
  Unit may have become Unplugged. Check that plug is securely in wall receptacle.
  Fuse may have blown. Replace the fuse.
  Battery in Remote controller may have been exhausted. Replace the battery.
  The time you have set with timer is incorrect. Wait or cancel timer setting.
