This product should be serviced by an authorised service engineer using only genuine spare parts.

  • Before first use, ensure electrical and water connections are made, remove packaging, set water softener, fill salt container, and fill rinse aid dispenser.
  • For daily use, check salt and rinse aid levels, load dishes correctly (avoiding spray arm obstruction), fill with detergent, select appropriate wash programme, and start.
  • When loading, place hollow items with openings downwards, ensure dishes do not touch, and place small items in the cutlery basket.
  • Adjust upper basket height if needed for large items in the lower basket.
  • To start a programme: slightly open the door, check baskets and spray arms, turn on water, press On/Off, select programme, optionally set delay start, close door.
  • To interrupt/cancel: open door, stop programme, or press Cancel for 3 seconds to cancel.
  • End of programme is indicated by an audible signal and optical spot light turning off. Open door carefully to avoid steam. Switch off appliance.
  • Unload lower basket first, then upper basket.

Troubleshooting and error codes

Fault code / malfunction Possible cause Solutions
in the digital display appears 110 The water tap is blocked or furred with limescale.
The water tap is turned off.
The filter (where present) in the threaded hose fitting at the water inlet valve is blocked.
Clean the water tap.
Turn the water tap on.
Clean the filter in the threaded hose fitting.
The machine does not fill with water. The water inlet hose has not been correctly laid or it is bent or squashed. Check the water inlet hose connection.
- in the digital display appears 20 The siphon is blocked. Clean out the siphon.
The dishwasher will not drain. The water drain hose has not been correctly laid or it is bent or squashed. Check the water drain hose connection.
- in the digital display appears 30 Protection against flooding is active. Close the water tap and contact your local Service Force Centre.
Fault Possible cause Solutions
The programme does not start The dishwasher door has not been properly closed.
The main plug is not plugged in.
The fuse has blown in the household fuse box.
Close the door.
Insert the mains plug.
Replace the fuse.
For dishwasher models with delay start option: Delay start has been selected. If dishes are to be washed immediately, cancel the delay start.
There is a whistling noise during washing The whistling is not a cause for concern. Use a different brand of detergent.
