| E 17 | The input sensor has disconnected | 1. Defective PT100 sensor/harness? Measure the resistance on the PT100 sensor between P18-4 and P18-3 on PCB. Is the resistance 110 kΩ at 20°C (68°F)? YES: Go to step 2. NO: Replace PT100 sensor or harness. 2. Defective PT100 interface on PCB. YES: Replace the PCB. Alternative: Measure voltage between GND and T2. |
| E 18 | The output sensor has disconnected | 1. Defective NTC sensor/harness? Measure the resistance on the NTC sensor between P18-5 and P18-6 on PCB. Is the resistance between 4kΩ and 6kΩ at 20°C (68°F)? YES: Go to step 2. NO: Replace NTC sensor or harness. 2. Defective circuit board? Replace the circuit board. Alternative: Measure voltage between GND and T1. |
| E 20 | Machine is out of operation | This error is displayed if the dryer is put out of order in the CMIS program. Error analysis: See separate manual. |
| E 21 | Network error, no polling CMIS | 1. Has CMIS been started on the PC? YES: Go to step 2. NO: Start the CMIS program on the PC which is connected to the ELS Network. 2. Has the ELS Network been connected correctly. YES: Go to step 3. NO: Mount the ELS Network cables correctly. 3. Has the ELS Network been set up correctly reg. Baud rate, addresses and time out. An address cannot be used twice. YES: Make an error diagnosis in the CMIS system. NO: Adjust menus 5-6-1, 5-6-2, 5-6-3. |
| E 22 | Network error, no polling CBT | 1. Has LM10 been started? YES: Go to step 2. NO: Start the LM10 which is connected to the ELS Network. 2. Has the ELS Network been connected correctly. YES: Go to step 3. NO: Mount the ELS Network cables correctly. 3. Has the ELS Network been set up correctly reg. Baud rate, addresses and time out. An address cannot be used twice. YES: Make an error diagnosis in the LM10 system. NO: Mount the ELS Network cables correctly. |
| E 24 | Condensate container is full | 1. Turn the machine on and off. Is water coming out of the hose? YES: The pump is working but the drain might be partly blocked. NO: Go to step 2. 2. Is the pump running after the machine has been turned on and off? YES: The drain is blocked! NO: Go to step 3. 3. Check in the service menu that the correct TYPE OF HEATING has been selected (MENU 5-1-2). YES: Select the correct type of heating. NO: Go to step 4. 4. Does the small 24 V circuit board relay (487027951) switch on after the machine has been turned on and off. YES: Check wire and Selecta Control. NO: Change it. |

| E 27 | Hepa filter pressure warning | High pressure in Hepa filter. (Applies only to Clean Room tumble dryers). Replace filter. |
| E 28 | Input temperature oscillating | Internal temperature fluctuating. Warning: the heat has been on/off an unusual amount due to the intake air temperature having been too high. Check the air flow through the machine. Only applies to Clean Room dryers: Check that the prefilter and filter in the machine are not clogged. Replace or clean the filter. |
