Warranty Information

Refer to the dealer for warranty service and repairs. Always use original spare parts.

I. Training

  • Read instructions carefully and be familiar with controls.
  • Never allow children or unfamiliar persons to use the mower.
  • Never mow when people, children, or pets are nearby.
  • Operator is responsible for accidents.
  • Do not carry passengers.
  • Seek professional instruction emphasizing care, concentration, and control on slopes.

II. Preparation

  • Wear substantial footwear and long trousers.
  • Inspect the area and remove thrown objects.
  • WARNING: Petrol is highly flammable. Refuel outdoors, do not smoke.
  • Add fuel before starting, never when hot or running.
  • If fuel spills, move machine and avoid ignition sources.
  • Replace fuel caps securely.
  • Replace faulty silencers.
  • Inspect blades and bolts for wear/damage.

III. Operation

  • Do not operate in confined spaces.
  • Mow in daylight or good artificial light.
  • Disengage blade clutches and shift to neutral before starting.
  • Do not use on slopes over 10°.
  • Exercise care on slopes to avoid overturning: do not stop/start suddenly uphill/downhill, engage clutch slowly, keep machine in gear downhill, keep speeds low, be alert for hazards.
  • Never mow across slopes unless designed for it.
  • Use care when pulling loads. Use approved hitch points.
  • Limit loads to safe control.
  • Do not turn sharply. Reverse with care.
  • Use counterweights/wheel weights if suggested.
  • Watch for traffic near roadways.
  • Stop blades before crossing non-grass surfaces.
  • Never direct discharge toward bystanders.
  • Never operate with defective guards or without safety devices.
  • Do not change engine governor settings or overspeed the engine.
  • Before leaving operator's position: disengage PTO, lower attachments, shift to neutral, set parking brake, stop engine, remove key.
  • Disengage drive to attachments, stop engine, disconnect spark plug wire/remove key before cleaning, checking, repairs, or after striking an object, or if machine vibrates abnormally.
  • Disengage drive to attachments when transporting or not in use.
  • Stop engine and disengage drive to attachment before refueling, removing grass catcher, or adjusting height (unless adjustable from operator's position).

IV. Maintenance and Storage

  • Keep all nuts, bolts, screws tight.
  • Never store with petrol in tank inside a building.
  • Allow engine to cool before storing indoors.
  • Keep engine, silencer, battery compartment, and fuel storage area free of grass, leaves, grease.
  • Check grass catcher for wear.
  • Replace worn/damaged parts.
  • Drain fuel tank outdoors.
  • Beware of rotating blades on multi-bladed machines.
  • Lower cutting means when parked/stored/unattended unless positively locked.
  • WARNING: Always disconnect spark plug wire before setup, transport, adjustment, or repairs.

Service

  • Provide model, type, serial number, date of purchase for spare parts.
  • Always use original spare parts.
  • Contact dealer for warranty service/repairs.
