I. Training: Read instructions, be familiar with controls, never allow children or unfamiliar persons to use, never mow near people or pets, operator is responsible for accidents, do not carry passengers, seek professional instruction.

II. Preparation: Wear substantial footwear and long trousers, inspect area for thrown objects, store fuel safely outdoors, do not smoke while refueling, refuel before starting, never remove fuel cap while engine is running or hot, if petrol is spilled move machine away from spill area and avoid ignition sources, replace fuel tank caps securely, replace faulty silencers, inspect blades and bolts for wear or damage, on multi-bladed machines be aware of rotating blades.

III. Operation: Do not operate in confined spaces, mow only in daylight or good artificial light, disengage blade clutches and shift into neutral before starting, do not use on slopes over 10°, travel on slopes requires care, stay alert for hazards, never mow across slopes, use care when pulling loads, limit loads to safe control, do not turn sharply, use care when reversing, watch for traffic, stop blades before crossing surfaces other than grass, never direct discharge towards bystanders, never operate without guards or safety devices, do not change governor settings or overspeed engine.

Before leaving operator's position: disengage PTO, lower attachments, change to neutral, set parking brake, stop engine, remove key. Disengage drive to attachments, stop engine, disconnect spark plug wire or remove key before cleaning blockages, checking, cleaning, working on mower, or after striking foreign object. If machine vibrates abnormally, check immediately.

Disengage drive to attachments when transporting or not in use. Stop engine and disengage drive before refueling, removing grass catcher, or making height adjustments.

Troubleshooting and error codes
