Starting the Engine: Set up the machine, then position the accelerator lever to START if the engine is cold (choke system) or MAX (primer system). Operate the engine stop lever to prepare for start and keep it pressed. For manual start, hold the stop lever, then pull the starter rope gently until resistance is felt, return it slowly, then pull firmly.
Mowing: Push the lawn mower manually or engage automatic advance by lifting and pressing the clutch handle. Ensure gears engage only when the engine is running.
Automatic Advance: Periodically check and clean the automatic advance assembly, particularly the pinion and gear. Remove the wheel to access these parts. Important: Do not tilt the machine more than 30° if it contains fuel or oil.
