Starting the Oven:

Press the 'I' side of the ON/OFF button to switch the oven on. Press 'O' to switch off. For gas models, wait 5 minutes before relighting. The cooling fan may remain active after switching off.

Main Menu Navigation:

The oven offers various cooking modes: Manual, Automatic, Programs, Homepage (SkyHub/SoloMio), and Cleaning mode. Navigate the main menu by touching the upper drawer icons. Touch the desired icon to access different modes.

Manual Mode:

Customize cooking cycles by selecting Convention, Combi, or Steam, and setting humidity, time, and temperature. Options like Delay Start, Auto Start, and Food Safe Control (FSC) are available.

Automatic Mode:

Quickly cook food by selecting the required food and cooking method for consistent results.

Programs Mode:

Recall and restore previously saved recipes and settings.

Troubleshooting and error codes

BSHt Warning N°315 Boiler SSR NTC (NTC4) high temperature Inlet air filter dirty; Cooling fan failure; Cooling inlet air sucking warm/hot air; Oven installed by hot machine; Steam/Heat leakage in the electronic compartment; Do not switch the oven Off; Wait for the temperature to decrease; Clean the inlet air filter; Check air flow at cooling air inlet; If not, call Service; Check if inlet cooling air is affected by heat from kitchen appliances; If error persists, call Service.
BSOt Stops cooking cycle N°314 Boiler SSR NTC overtemperature (NTC4) Inlet air filter dirty; Cooling fan failure; Cooling inlet air sucking warm/hot air; Oven installed by hot machine; Steam/Heat leakage in the electronic compartment. The oven can continue to work in recovery mode: cooking cycles will not use the boiler. Do not switch the oven Off; Wait for the temperature to decrease; Clean the inlet air filter; Check air flow at cooling air inlet; If not, call Service; Check if inlet cooling air is affected by heat from kitchen appliances; If error persists, call Service.
butn Stops oven N°101 One or a combination of the panel buttons are permanently blocked The panel has been accidentally hit or damaged. Press all buttons to possibly unlock the wrong one/ones. The permanent blocked buttons are lighted during the error on display.
Cdo Warning in cooking N°260 Cleaning drawer cap absent The cap of the cleaning drawer is not detected; it is not possible to FINISH a cooking or cleaning cycle. The oven can continue to cook but cleaning cycle could not be performed until the drawer cap will be in place; Screw correctly the cap on the cleaning drawer; If the error persists, rotate the cap 180° and screw again. Call Service.
CFbL Warning N°294 Cooling fan failure Cooling fan motor overload due to dirt or oxidation; Other electrical/mechanical issue The oven will be operative until the electronic will reach the critical temperature. Call Service.
CLdr Warning N°310 Cleaning drawer cap missing before starting a cooking or cleaning cycle The cap of the cleaning drawer is not detected. It is not possible to START a cooking or cleaning cycle. Screw correctly the cap on the cleaning drawer; If the error persists, rotate the cap 180° and screw again. Call Service.
CntC Stops cooking cycle N°310 Cavity SSR NTC failure (NTC3) Connector failure; NTC sensor failure; ACU failure. Restart the oven; If the error persists, call Service.
CPUA Stops oven N°203 ACS microprocessor does not communicate ACU failure. Restart the oven; If the error persists, call Service.
CPUt Stops oven N°204 TC microprocessor does not communicate ACU failure. Restart the oven; If the error persists, call Service.
