Warranty Information

Refer to the relevant sections for warranty information and specific repair procedures.

1. ESD=electrostatic discharge:
  • Handle electronic components with care due to potential static discharge.
  • Touch the appliance housing to neutralize charging before handling electronics.
  • Keep electronics in ESD protective packaging until ready for use.
2. Software specifications, Functions:
  • Familiarize yourself with the input electronics (UI) RHEA and button layouts.
  • Understand the main operation features, including clock setting after a network reset and the electronic child-safe function.
3. Functions of appliance:
  • Review oven functions, capacities, and small consumer functions specific to appliance models.
  • Understand Pyrolitical cleaning, High-speed heating, and safety cutoff functions.
4. Functional parts:
  • Identify and understand the function of various components like input electronics, power electronics, temperature sensors, and door locking systems.
5. Technical equipment:
  • Familiarize yourself with temperature safety devices, fan after-running, and oven rack protective circuits.
6. Fault diagnosis:
  • Use the alarm management tables for fault codes and their corresponding repair procedures.
  • Learn how to measure temperature sensors.
7. Wiring diagram / measuring points:
  • Refer to connection point overviews and example circuit diagrams for troubleshooting and repair.
