The appliance is guaranteed for 12 months against faulty workmanship or materials, provided it's used correctly.

Before first use: Plug in the oven. Set the clock by holding the COOKING MODE button and rotating the TIMER/WEIGHT/POWER knob. Heat the oven without food.STOP Button: Use to erase mistakes, temporarily stop cooking, or cancel programmes.Microwave Cooking: Select cooking time using the TIMER/WEIGHT/POWER knob, choose the microwave mode, select power level, and press START/+30.Grill & Dual Grill Cooking: Select cooking time, choose Grill or Dual Grill mode, and press START/+30. For Dual Grill, select the desired power level.Auto Cook & Defrost: Select the desired menu, enter weight/quantity, and press START/+30. The oven automatically calculates mode and time.Safety Lock: Press and hold STOP for 3 seconds to activate/deactivate.Add 30 Seconds: Press START/+30 for direct start or to extend cooking time.

Troubleshooting and error codes

Symptom	Possible symptoms/remedies
...the microwave appliance is not working properly?	Check that the fuses in the fuse box are working, there has not been a power outage. If the fuses continue to blow, please contact a qualified electrician.
...the microwave mode is not working?	Check that the door is properly closed, the door seals and their surfaces are clean, the START/+30-button has been pressed.
...the turntable is not turning?	Check that the turntable support is correctly connected to the drive, the ovenware does not extend beyond the turntable, food does not extend beyond the edge of the turntable preventing it from rotating, there is nothing in the well beneath the turntable.
...the microwave will not switch off?	Isolate the appliance from the fuse box. Call your local Service Force Centre.
...the interior light is not working?	Call your local Service Force Centre. The interior light bulb can be exchanged only by a trained Service Force technician.
...the food is taking longer to heat through and cook than before?	Set a longer cooking time (double quantity = nearly double time) or if the food is colder than usual, rotate or turn from time to time or set a higher power setting.
