Electrolux provides a two-year limited warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship.
Charging: Place the vacuum cleaner on the charging stand and connect the charger to an electrical outlet. The LED indicators will show the charging status. Allow approximately 4 hours for a full charge.
Operation: Press the ON button to start the vacuum cleaner. There are two power modes: Min Mode (approx. 45 min runtime) and Max Mode (approx. 16 min runtime). Adjust the mode by pushing the button as indicated.
Emptying the Dust Container: Press the release button to detach the dust container. Open the lid and empty the contents into a waste bin. The filter can be washed and should be dried for 24 hours before reinserting.
Brushroll Maintenance: If the brushroll is entangled, turn off the vacuum cleaner. Access the brushroll by opening the cover. Remove any entangled hair or threads. For the EHVS3510AR model, a specific brush nozzle is provided.

| Reduction or no suction power | Filters / Nose Cone is dirty or missing | Clean or wash the filters and put them back. Change or replace the filters. |
| Air Channel / Cyclon is blocked | Remove the dust container and check the air channel and air inlet. | |
| Water or other liquids has been sucked into the product | Motor damage | Stop the product and let it dry for 48h (do not put it in the charging stand!). If it doesn't work, the motor may need replacement. Damage from water is not covered by warranty. |
| The product is not charging | Product is placed wrong in the charging stand | Check if the connectors from the back of the main unit are connected to the charging stand. |
| Room temperature is too low or too high | Store and charge the product indoors in a room temperature between 41-95 °F. | |
| Charging is taking longer than 6 hours | Room temperature is over 95 °F | Charging time will be longer if the temperature is high, which is normal. Store and charge in a normal room temperature. |
