How to use the vacuum cleaner

  1. Open the cover by pulling the button. Check that the s-bag® is in place.
  2. Insert the hose.
  3. Attach the telescopic tube to the floor nozzle.
  4. Attach the telescopic tube to the hose handle.
  5. Adjust the telescopic tube.
  6. Pull out the power cord and plug it into the mains.
  7. Switch on/off the vacuum cleaner by pushing the ON/OFF button.
  8. Models with remote control can also be operated by the ON/OFF button on the handle.
  9. Adjust suction power. Models with manual regulation. Push +/- button to adjust suction power.
  10. Adjust suction power. Models with remote control. The cleaner starts in auto-function. To regulate manually press MIN/MAX button. To go back to auto-function, press AUTO button.
  11. Models with remote control and Aeropro motorized nozzle. To turn the motorized nozzle on and off, press BRUSH button on the handle.
  12. After vacuuming rewind the cable by pushing the REWIND button.

Tips on how to get the best results

  • Follow graphics for optimal performance.
  • Adjust suction power for optimal cleaning performance and comfort on every surface.
  • Use the 3-in-1 nozzle for curtains, crevices, corners, bookshelves, upholstery, hard floors, rugs, and delicate carpets.
  • Use the parking clip to store the nozzle.
  • Use the air valve to adjust suction power on manually controlled models.
  • Press the 3in1 button to open the compartment for the accessory.

Replacing the dustbag

  1. Change the dustbag when the s-bag® indicator is illuminated.
  2. Open the dust compartment cover.
  3. Pull the cardboard handle to close and remove the s-bag®.
  4. Insert a new s-bag®.

Replacing the filters

  1. Replace the Hepa filter when the "filter" indicator is illuminated.
  2. Open the rear lid and change the filter.
  3. To close the lid, insert the front hooks, push the lid forward and press down.
  4. Replace the motor filter when dirty or after every 5th s-bag®.

Cleaning the Aeropro nozzle

  1. Disconnect the nozzle from the tube.
  2. Clean wheels if stuck.
  3. Unscrew the wheel axis and clean all parts.

Cleaning the Aeropro motorized nozzle

  1. Open brush roll cover.
  2. Pull out the brush roll and remove entangled threads.
  3. Remove wheels if stuck.

Changing battery in handle

  1. Change battery when light indicator is not responding.
  2. Use only LITHIUM CR2032 batteries.

Troubleshooting and error codes

Problem Solution
The vacuum cleaner does not start Check cable connection, plug and cable for damage, and for a blown fuse. Check battery indicator lamp (certain models only).
The s-bag® indicator light is illuminated Check if s-bag® is full or blocked. If changed, check motor filter.
The filter indicator light is illuminated Change the Hepa filter.
All lights are blinking Cleaner might be overheated: disconnect, check nozzle/tube/hose for blockages. Let cool for 30 mins. If not working, contact service center.
Clearing the hose Clear by "squeezing". Be careful with glass/needles. Warranty does not cover hose damage from cleaning.
Water has entered the vacuum cleaner Motor replacement needed at authorized service center. Water damage not covered by warranty. Contact service center for other problems.
