Quick Setup

  • Connect the projector to power and your video source using HDMI or other cables.
  • Adjust the image using the zoom and focus rings, and the foot release.
  • Turn on the projector and your video source.
  • Press the power button to turn on the projector.
  • Use the remote control to select input sources and adjust settings.
  • For 3D viewing, connect a 3D-compatible device and wear 3D glasses.

Troubleshooting and error codes

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Blank screen or No signal Projector is off or not powered on correctly. Make sure the Status light is blue and not flashing. Open the A/V Mute slide.
Blank screen or No signal Incorrect input source selected. Press the Home button to verify source input and settings. Press the Source button to select the correct image source.
Blank screen or No signal Laptop display settings incorrect. (Windows) Press the function key to display on an external monitor (e.g., Fn + F7). (Mac) Open System Preferences, select Displays, click Arrangement, and check Mirror Displays.
3D images not displaying properly 2D/3D mode not selected. Press the 2D/3D button.
3D images not displaying properly Not within 3D viewing range. Refer to the online User's Guide for viewing range information.
3D images not displaying properly 3D glasses in standby mode. Slide the power switch on the glasses to Off, then back to On.
3D images not displaying properly Incorrect 3D format selected. Press the Menu button, select Signal, then 3D Setup, then 3D Format. Ensure Auto is selected.
3D images not displaying properly Video device or media not 3D-compatible. Check your video device and media for 3D compatibility.
