Quick Setup

  1. Choose a location: Place the projector level, centered horizontally with the screen, and at a height matching the top or bottom of the screen. Use lens shift if needed.
  2. Connect the projector: Connect video devices using HDMI cables. Use the Source buttons on the remote or projector to switch inputs.
  3. Initial Setup: Follow on-screen instructions. Press Enter to continue if you see "123". Use arrow buttons to select image orientation.
  4. Turn on sources: Power on your video source device.
  5. Select Source: If no image appears, press Source buttons on the remote to select the correct input.
  6. Power On: Plug in the projector and press the power button on the projector or the remote.
  7. Adjust Image: Use the Lens button and arrow keys on the remote to adjust zoom, focus, and image position.
  8. Troubleshooting: Check power light, source selection, and external display settings for Windows/Mac if no image appears.

Troubleshooting and error codes

Symptom Possible Cause Solution
Blank screen or "No signal" message Projector power light is blue and not flashing. Make sure the projector power light is blue and not flashing.
Incorrect image source selected. Press the Source button on the projector or remote to switch to the correct image source.
Windows laptop display setting. Press the function key (e.g., Fn+F7) to display on an external monitor. On Windows 7 or later, hold the Windows key and press P, then click Duplicate.
Mac laptop display setting. Open System Preferences, select Displays, click Arrangement, and check "Mirror Displays".
