Product Basics

Scanner Positions

- Straight Path: For thick originals like passports. Pull selector, tilt scanner backward. Originals ejected to the output slot at the front.
Control Panel
- Buttons: Power, Stop, Start, Wi-Fi connect, Wi-Fi buttons (on ES-C320W/RR-400W). Combinations perform additional functions like WPS setup or restoring network settings.
- Lights: Ready light indicates status (ready, scanning, error, off). Scanner position light indicates straight path mode. Error light indicates an issue.
Troubleshooting and error codes
