Filter Cabinet Assembly:

• Assemble filter cabinet parts (front, back, sides, door) by bending tabs and aligning airflow arrows.
• Install bracket for 1-in. filter option if needed.
• Install filter wire for 1-in. filter option, cutting to 25-in. if necessary.
• Prepare door by attaching retainer and thumbscrew.
• Attach T-Clip and door to the cabinet.
• Install 'S' cleat for shorter filters to prevent bypass.

Filter Replacement:

• Turn off furnace power.
• Remove filter cabinet door and slide out the filter.
• Clean or replace the filter.
• Slide filter back in, replace door, and turn power on.
