Hints for correct use

• The first time you use the oven, switch on at maximum temperature and leave on, empty, for approximately 40 minutes.
• For best results, never place food inside the oven while still cold; the oven must always be pre-heated to the required temperature.
• Never use the dripping pan as a roasting dish.
• Never cover the oven walls, especially the bottom, with aluminium foil.
• For repairs, contact specialist technical personnel.
• Clean the oven every time it is used.

Internal lighting and pilot light

The pilot light indicates that the oven is powered. The thermostat pilot light indicates that the resistances are heating up. The oven lighting will come on with the switch set to any position.

Thermostat

Permits selection of the correct cooking temperature, keeping it stable during the cooking time. When the thermostat is turned, the yellow pilot light will come on indicating that the oven is heating up.

Switch

Selects the oven operating mode in relation to the type of cooking to be performed. The oven lighting comes on in any position (except 0).
