Getting Started

  1. Load dishes.
  2. Add detergent.
  3. Add rinse aid if needed.
  4. Select cycle.
  5. Select option.
  6. Run hot water to 120°F.
  7. Press START/CANCEL.
  8. Close door.

Normal Operating Sounds

Dishwashers can be quiet. Sounds include water filling, wash pump running, and drain pump running. Variations in sounds are normal.

Status Indicator Lights

  • WASHING: On during main wash.
  • DRYING: On during drying.
  • SANITIZED: On when sanitize cycle is finished.
  • CLEAN: On at end of cycle.

Troubleshooting and error codes

Food Soils Left on Dishes Improper loading, low water pressure, low water temp, hard water, old detergent, blocked spray arms, overloaded, dirty glass trap Select longer cycle, check loading, check pressure (20-120 psi), check temp (120°F), use water softener if needed, use fresh detergent, ensure spray arms move, do not overload, clean glass trap.
Dishes Not Dry Rinse aid empty, low rinse aid setting, low water temp, improper loading, cups with concave bottoms Fill rinse aid dispenser, increase rinse aid setting, ensure water temp is 120°F, load cups tilted on sides.
Glassware/Flatware Spotted or Cloudy Hard water, low water temp, overloading, old detergent, empty rinse aid, incorrect detergent amount Use water softener if needed, check water temp, avoid overloading, use fresh detergent, fill rinse aid, use correct detergent amount.
Dishware Chipped Overloading, improper loading, delicate items not secured Load carefully, place delicate items on top rack, secure items.
