Temperature Control: Adjust temperature using UP/DOWN arrows (-10°F to 10°F). Turn off by pressing UP to "10", then UP twice more within 2 seconds. Turn on by pressing DOWN twice within 2 seconds from "10".
Temperature Mode Change: Press "Temp Display" to switch between °F and °C.
Extreme Freeze: Press "Extreme Freeze" button to run the compressor continuously for rapid cooling of large quantities of food. Lasts 72 hours or can be deactivated manually. Use only for unfrozen foods and do not exceed 3 lbs per cubic foot of freezer space.
Control Lockout: Press and hold "Control Lock" for 3 seconds to lock/unlock the control panel. "LO" indicates locked, "UL" indicates unlocked.
Sabbath Mode: Press "Control Lock" and "Temp Display" simultaneously for 3 seconds to disable lights and other electrical activity (except compressor). "Sb" displays when activated.
