Safety Instructions

• Never use the wall oven to warm or heat the room.
• Wear proper apparel; avoid loose-fitting or hanging garments.
• Use dry fire-resistant oven mitts.
• Do not repair or replace parts unless instructed.
• Keep children away from hot oven units and exterior.
• Prevent grease fires by cleaning frequently.
• Do not touch hot oven units or surfaces until cool.
• Do not store flammable materials in the oven.

Oven Cooking

• Arrange shelves before preheating.
• Open oven door carefully to allow steam to escape.
• Use dry oven mitts to pull out shelves.
• Do not heat food in unopened containers.

Broiling

• Use a broiler pan that allows grease to drip away.
• Broiling in double-oven models is suggested in the upper oven.

Cleaning

• Turn off controls and wait for parts to cool.
• Do not use commercial oven cleaners on Electri-clean ovens.
• Remove heat-sensitive items before self-cleaning.
• Do not rub, scrape, or clean the oven seal.
