Basic Operation
Shooting
Attach accessories like the strap, lens cap, and lens hood as shown on pages 8 and 22. Charge the battery (page 9) and insert it into the camera (page 10). Insert a memory card (page 12). Turn the camera on using the ON/OFF switch (page 16). Select shooting modes using the mode dial (page 16). Frame your shot using the monitor or electronic viewfinder (page 18). Press the shutter button to take a picture (page 16).
Playback
Press the playback button (page 17) to view recorded images. Use the selector buttons (page 17) to navigate through images. You can zoom in and out using the Q and Q buttons (page 17).
Troubleshooting and error codes
