Troubleshooting and error codes

Problem Possible cause Solution
Power-on indicator remains unlit after switching on Device is not connected to the power supply. Connect the power cable to the mains outlet.
Device cannot be switched off with the ON/OFF switch. Software issue or system freeze. Press and hold the ON/OFF switch for at least 4 seconds to force shutdown. If the problem persists, contact customer support.
Monitor remains blank Monitor is not switched on or not connected. Switch on the monitor. Check the cable connection between the device and the monitor. Ensure the correct input source is selected on the monitor.
No mouse pointer displayed on the screen Mouse is not connected or faulty. Check the mouse connection. Try a different USB port. Test the mouse on another computer.
Time and/or date is not correct CMOS battery is low or BIOS settings are incorrect. Check and adjust the time and date in the BIOS Setup Utility. If the problem persists, the CMOS battery may need to be replaced.
