| The notebook cannot be started | Connect the notebook to the mains voltage via the mains adapter and charge the battery. Check whether the mains adapter is connected correctly to the notebook. Switch the notebook on. |
| The notebook stops working | Leave energy saving mode. Close the application program or restart the notebook (by restarting the operating system or switching the device off and back on again). Connect the notebook to the mains voltage via the mains adapter and charge the battery. |
| The printer does not print | Make sure that the printer is switched on and ready for operation. Check that the data cable connecting the notebook to the printer is properly connected. Check whether the correct printer driver is loaded. |
