Warranty Information

No specific warranty period is mentioned in the provided sections of the manual.

Getting Started

  • Unpacking and checking the delivery: Inspect all parts for damage and compare with the delivery note. Keep original packaging for future transport needs.
  • Setting up the device: Ensure adequate ventilation by keeping air inlets and outlets clear.
  • Setting up an ergonomic video workstation: Position the monitor to avoid glare from windows and light sources. Ensure the keyboard is easily reachable and the viewing distance is approximately 50 cm.
  • Adjusting height and inclination: Remove the transport fixing pin to adjust height up to 120 mm. Adjust inclination between -5° (forward) and +25° (back).
  • Removing monitor base: Switch off and unplug the monitor. Lay it on a soft surface, remove the cover and cables, then unscrew the base. This prepares it for swivel arm or wall bracket mounting.
  • Connecting the device: Observe safety information. Switch off the computer and unplug its power. Connect data, audio, and USB cables as instructed. Secure the cover.
  • Switching the device on and off: Use the ON/OFF switch. The LED indicator color signifies different states (blue for normal, green for ECO, orange for signal loss/basic power saving, off for power-off/0W power saving).

Operation

  • Notes on power management: The monitor supports computer power saving modes. The LED indicator color changes to reflect the power saving stage.
  • Adjusting the picture size and position: Use settings like Phase, Clock, H-Position, V-Position, Sharpness, Saturation, and Expansion to fine-tune the image.
  • Adjusting the volume: Set volume for integrated loudspeakers or mute them.
  • Setting colour temperature and colours: Choose from presets like sRGB, 6500 K, or AdobeRGB, or customize colour ratios.
  • Setting functions: Select input signal, language, enable/disable DDC-CI, set OSD timeout, or recall factory settings.
  • Displaying information: Access the Information setting window to view model designation, serial number, resolution, and other technical details.

Notes on ergonomic colour adjustment

  • Be mindful of colour combinations for characters and background to ensure adequate contrast (minimum 3:1) for readability, especially for text and data entry.
