Normal Mode Operation:

  • Includes basic tasks like paper handling and font selection.
  • Printer starts in normal mode.
  • To enter setup mode, press FONT and MENU simultaneously when the ONLINE indicator is off.

Control Panel Functions:

The control panel has buttons for various operations:

  • ONLINE: Toggles printer online/offline status.
  • LF/FF: Line Feed / Form Feed.
  • LOAD: Loads paper.
  • TEAR OFF: Tears off continuous forms.
  • MICRO ↑/↓: Micro feed adjustments.
  • SAVE TOP: Saves top-of-form settings.
  • RESET: Resets printer to default settings.
  • SETUP: Enters setup mode.
  • FONT: Selects fonts and adjusts pitch.
  • MENU: Selects menu options (MENU1/MENU2).
  • LOCK: Locks current settings or ignores CPU font commands.
