Operating the Scanner
The scanner can be operated in two main ways:
- Operating with a Computer: Connect the scanner via USB or network to manage images on your computer.
- Operating with PaperStream NX Manager: Connect the scanner via network to PaperStream NX Manager for image processing, monitoring status, and saving images to a linked destination.
Basic Operations
- Power: Turn the scanner ON/OFF using the power button.
- ADF: Open and close the Automatic Document Feeder (ADF) for loading documents.
- Stacker: Set up the stacker for ejected documents.
- Scanning: Perform scans using scanning applications on the computer or directly from the touch screen.
- Loading Documents: Prepare and load documents into the ADF, considering paper size, type, and weight.
