Troubleshooting and error codes

READY LED is not On If not on after 10 minutes, contact maintenance engineer.
FAULT LED is On Check PSU switch of drive enclosure, main line switch of power distribution unit. Contact maintenance engineer if unresolved.
FAULT LED Blinks Preventive replacement required. Contact maintenance engineer.
DISK FAULT LED is On Check drive status. Refer to "Design Guide (Basic)" for Protection (Shield) function. Contact maintenance engineer if unresolved.
Cannot be Connected via Network Service Check ETERNUS DX power, network devices, network settings, IP address, and firewall settings.
I/O Access is Slow Check ambient temperature, ETERNUS DX parts status via Web GUI, battery status, path status, ETERNUS DX load, FC port transfer speed, server command queues, OS message log, RAID group status, and cache parameter settings.
Server Does not Recognize Volumes Check ETERNUS DX status, network device status, power supply, and path errors using a management tool.
Server HBA Fails and Needs to be Replaced Procedure to replace FC/FCoE card: check settings via GUI/CLI, record settings, replace card on server, specify settings on new card, and confirm server access. (Refer to related manuals for details).
LAN Card Replacement Procedure: turn off server, replace LAN card (refer to documentation), confirm server access.
