Getting Started

  • Installing SIM Card: Place your finger in the slot at the lower left of the back cover to lift and remove it. Hold your nano-SIM card with metal contacts facing down and slide it into the nano-SIM card slot. Press the cover back into place until it clicks.
  • Installing Battery: Remove the back cover. Align battery contacts with compartment contacts and push down until it clicks. Replace the cover.
  • Charging the Battery: Connect the adapter to the charging port and the charger to an AC wall outlet. A charging icon will appear. Disconnect when fully charged.
  • Powering On/Off: Press and hold the Power key to turn on. To turn off, press and hold the Power key, then touch 'Power off'.
  • Locking/Unlocking: Press the Power key to lock. Press the Power key to turn on the screen, then swipe up to unlock.

Key Functions

  • Power key: Turn Airplane mode on/off, restart, power off, change to Sleep mode, wake up the phone.
  • Home key: Return to the home screen.
  • Recent apps key: See recent applications, switch to the most recent, or activate split-screen mode.
  • Back key: Go to the previous screen.
  • Volume key: Adjust volume up or down.

Troubleshooting and error codes

Problem Possible Causes Possible Solution
Unable to connect to the network There is debris on the nano-SIM card contacts. Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the nano-SIM card contacts.
The nano-SIM card is invalid. Contact your service provider.
You are not within the network's service area. Check the service area with your service provider.
Poor signal. Move to an open space, or if you are inside a building, move closer to a window.
Cannot answer incoming calls You have activated the Call blocking feature. Disable this feature. Open the Phone app and touch > Settings > Call blocking. Touch X > UNBLOCK next to the number you want to unblock.
PIN Code blocked You have entered an incorrect PIN code three consecutive times. Contact your service provider. If the service provider provides the nano-SIM card's PUK code, use the PUK code to unlock the nano-SIM card.
Phone crashes, reboots, freezes, or cannot be powered on Some third-party software is not compatible with your phone. Uninstall the software that may be causing the problem.
Upgrade the phone software.
Reset the phone to factory status.
