GE Appliances will replace defective parts for up to one year, sealed refrigeration system for five years, and other specified parts for an additional four years.
Temp Control: Adjusts temperature. Display shows set temp, not room temp.
Fan, Mode and Operation Control: Set fan (HIGH/LOW), Mode (COOL, FAN, HEAT, OFF), or use Wall Thermostat.
Quick Heat Recovery: Energizes electric heaters when switching to HEAT mode.
Control Lock Out: Press and hold DISPLAY SHOW/HIDE for 10 sec to lock/unlock controls.
Saves energy by transferring heat. Avoid large temp changes. 3-min minimum compressor run time. Electric heat used below 25°F outdoor temp. Cooling locked out below 35°F.
