Service Mode and Diagnostics

To enter Service Mode, press and hold the Front Right Burner ON/OFF key for 7 seconds until "1" appears on the timer. For the rear right burner, hold the same key for 7 seconds until the software version appears.

The table below summarizes key functions in diagnostic mode:

  • Left Rear +: Displays failure codes. Cycle through codes by pressing multiple times. Dashes indicate the end of codes.
  • All Off: Hold for 5 seconds to clear the current failure code.
  • Left Front +: Turns on all LEDs for 5 seconds.
  • Left Front -: Exits Service Mode.
  • Right Front -: Displays main board software version.
  • Right Front +: Displays Induction board #1 software version.
  • Right Rear -: Displays Induction board #2 software version.
  • Right Rear +: Displays Induction board #3 software version (not valid on 30" units).

Component Access and Disassembly

To access generator modules, fans, and filter boards, remove the screws from the sides of the burner box. Slowly lift the glass top, disconnect terminals, and place the glass assembly on a padded surface. Further disassembly involves removing screws from brackets and the aluminum plate. Loosen screws holding terminated element wires to the generator board.

Reassembly

Place the shield over the modules and reverse the disassembly steps. Ensure gaskets are in place when replacing modules or fans. Align holes carefully and reverse the disassembly process. Wire colors are coded on the underside of the induction tray.

Troubleshooting

The manual provides a detailed troubleshooting table with failure codes, descriptions, possible fixes, and UI connector pinouts. Refer to the 'FAILURE CODES' section for specific error information.
