1. Inserting the battery: Slide open the battery cover, insert the battery following the indicated polarity, and then close and lock the cover.
2. Setting the Date/Time/Language: Turn on the camera. Use the directional buttons to select the language and confirm. Then, use the directional buttons to set the date and time, and confirm.
3. Taking a picture: Hold the camera securely, frame your shot using the LCD screen. Press the shutter button halfway to focus, then press fully to take the picture.
4. Using the Mode Button: Press the Left/Right buttons to select a shooting mode, then press OK to confirm.
5. Using the menu button: Press Left/Right to switch menu types, Down to select a menu page, and OK to confirm.
6. Viewing your picture: Press the Playback button to enter playback mode. Use Left/Right buttons to browse photos.
7. User Manual: Connect the camera to your computer to access the user manual and software.
