1. Inserting the battery: Slide open the battery cover, insert the battery correctly, and close the cover.
2. Setting the Date/Time/Language: Turn on the camera, select language, then set date and time using the navigation buttons.
3. Taking a picture: Hold the camera securely, use the zoom wheel to frame your subject, press the shutter button halfway to focus, then fully to capture the image.
4. Using the Mode Button: Press Left/Right buttons to select a mode and press to confirm.
5. Using the menu button: Press Left/Right to switch menu types, then Down to select a page and press to confirm.
6. Viewing your picture: Press the Playback button and use Left/Right to browse photos.
