Getting Started
1. Inserting the battery:
Open the battery cover, insert the battery correctly, and then close and lock the cover.
2. Setting the Date/Time/Language:
Turn on the camera, select your preferred language using the arrow keys, and confirm. Then, set the date and time using the arrow keys and confirm.
3. Taking a picture:
Hold the camera securely. Use the zoom wheel to adjust magnification. Press the shutter button halfway to focus, then press fully to capture the image.
4. Using the Mode Button:
Press the left/right buttons to cycle through modes (Auto, Manual, ASCN, Scene, Panorama, Movie, Portrait) and press to confirm.
5. Using the Menu Button:
Use the left/right buttons to select a menu category (Photo, Recording, Playback, Display, Basic, Link, File/Software), then use the down button to select a menu item, and press to confirm.
6. Viewing your picture:
Press the Playback button to enter playback mode. Use the left/right buttons to browse through photos.
