Warranty Information

One-year limited warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship, including labor and in-home service.

To Operate:

  • Ensure the dishwasher is plugged in and the water supply is on.
  • Open the door and press the ON/OFF button.
  • Select a wash cycle using the SELECT button. Options include SANITIZE, HEAVY, NORMAL, LIGHT, GLASSES, SPEED, and RINSE.
  • (Optional) Set a delay start using the DELAY button for up to 24 hours.
  • Close the door to start the cycle or the delay countdown.
  • The CLEAN light and a beep will indicate the cycle is complete.

Rinse Agent:

  • Fill the rinse agent dispenser as needed.
  • Adjust the rinse aid setting if necessary.

Loading:

  • Load the upper rack with glasses, cups, and plastics.
  • Load the lower rack with plates, saucers, and cookware.
  • Load silverware in the silverware basket with handles up (knives) or down (spoons).

Troubleshooting and error codes

Problem Possible Causes What To Do
Noise Some sounds are normal • Detergent cup opening.
• Motor starting during drying.
• Water draining immediately after start.
Utensils not secure or small item dropped • Make sure everything is secured.
Motor hums • If not used regularly, set to fill & pump weekly.
Detergent left in dispenser cups Dishes blocking cups • Reposition dishes.
Water standing in tub bottom Drain clogged • Clean air gap.
• Check kitchen sink drainage.
• If draining into disposer, run disposer clear.
This is normal • Small amount of clean water lubricates water seal.
Suds in tub Correct detergent wasn't used • Use only automatic dishwasher detergents.
• To remove suds: open, let evaporate, add 1 gal cold water, close & latch. Repeat if needed.
Rinse agent spilled • Wipe up rinse agent spills immediately.
Detergent with colorant used • Use detergent without colorant.
Stained dishwasher parts Some tomato-based foods can stain • Use RINSE ONLY cycle after adding dish.
