One-year full warranty on parts and labor, ten-year on tub/door liner, and second-year on Water Distribution System parts.
Loading Dishes: Load dishes, silverware, pots, and bowls ensuring water can reach soiled surfaces. Tall items on the outside of the upper rack prevent blocking the spray arm. Place plates between pins on the bottom rack, platters and bowls on the sides. Flatware should be placed handle-up in the basket, mixed to prevent nesting.
Adding Detergent: Use powder or liquid detergent specifically for dishwashers. Adjust amount based on water hardness. Use the detergent dispenser, ensuring the Cycle Indicator Dial is at OFF before closing.
Selecting Cycles and Options: Choose a cycle (e.g., POTSCRUBBER, NORMAL WASH, LIGHT WASH, RINSE & HOLD) based on soil level. Select drying options like HEATED DRYING for fast drying or ENERGY SAVER for natural drying. WASH HEAT BOOST heats water for better washing and drying.
Starting the Dishwasher: After loading and adding detergent, close the door, select the desired cycle and option, and turn the Cycle Indicator Dial to ON. There's a slight delay before water fills.

| DISHES DON'T DRY | Inlet water temperature incorrect. Unload bottom rack first. Improper loading; dishes nesting. Rinse agent dispenser empty. |

| DETERGENT CUP LID WON'T LATCH AFTER ADDING DETERGENT | Cycle Indicator Dial not OFF. Door unlatched or opened after closing. |

| SPOTS AND FILMING ON GLASSES AND FLATWARE | Hard water. Low inlet water temperature. Overloading. Improper loading. Old/damp powder detergent. Low phosphate detergent. Empty rinse agent dispenser. Too little detergent. |
| CHIPPING OF CHINA | Rough handling. Load with care; secure glassware. Use top rack for delicate items. |
| BLACK OR GRAY MARKS ON DISHES | Aluminum utensils rubbing against dishes. Remove with mild abrasive cleanser. |

| WATER WON'T PUMP OUT OF THE TUB | Drainage problem. Clean air gap. Check sink drainage. Run disposer. |
| SUDS IN THE TUB | Using non-dishwasher detergents. Rinse agent spill. Remove suds by evaporation, adding cold water, and draining. |
