Warranty Summary

- Remove ice bin.
- Fill reservoir with potable water up to the "Max Fill" line.
- Plug the ice maker into a grounded outlet.
- Touch the display button to start.
- Opal will begin to produce ice in 15-30 minutes.
- Add more water to continue making ice.
Troubleshooting and error codes
| Problem | Possible Cause |

| WHIR | Condenser fan spinning when Opal is first turned on. |
| BUZZ | Water pump first turns on, may be dry initially, reduces when filled with water. |
| RATTLE | Refrigerant flow, reduces when system stabilizes. |
| GURGLE | Refrigerant system shuts off. |
| HUM | Compressor motor running. |
| CLICK | Nugget ice dropping into the ice drawer. |
| SQUEAK | Opal in need of defrosting. |
