GE will replace or provide service for any part of the microwave oven found defective in material or workmanship within one year of original purchase.

Troubleshooting and error codes

| Oven floor is warm even when not in use | Surface light is on under the oven floor. | This is normal. |
| Unusual low-tone beep | Attempted to change power level when not permitted. | Some functions are pre-selected and cannot be changed. |
